Consultation Schedule for the United States of America or Canada

Policy on Consultation Fee Payment, Cancellation, and Refund:

Our office provides various consultation services, each with a fixed fee determined by the type of consultation requested. Payment for your consultation is required via credit card at the time of booking. The consultation fee is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you choose to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your consultation fee will be applied. In the event of a no-show for your consultation appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee will be charged.
